None really. Bars should only really be 'emergency' food (for if you are stuck somewhere and can not get 'real' food) or for cheat days. They are usually full of false additives and collagen and are really of limited nutritional value.Originally Posted by em28
The best protein bars are home-made - using a combination of things such as oats/oatbrans, protein powders, egg/egg-whites, cottage cheese, nut butters etc to make something is FAR more nutritious and just as easy to take with you!
