Bulking / Off Days--What To Do

I'm 6'1" tall. and will 52 years old on 9/17. I'm currently on gear and have gone up in weight from 254 lbs on 8/26/04 to 271 lbs today. Although i want to get up to between 290-300 lbs and then cut, my question is should i continue to eat approx 3500-4000 cals, 350 grams of protein on the days I don't work out.
My weight training workouts are approx 1 hr long 5 days a week w/ 4 days of 20 min cardio. I want to gain the weight but probably not a little over a lb a day.

I was eating 4700cals on my bulk. 9cups cooked rice, 6chicken breasts, and a plethora of other foods. I know how you feel.. I actually had to force feed myself. Sometimes I would skip a meal because I couldnt take it, but I was being a pussy. Just keep at it, you'll be fine.

increasing your fat intake is a good way to increase cals with out adding a lot of volume to the food intake...I would get around 30% cals from good fats...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Usually for me, when dieting, on the days off my meals are the same except I just don't have a post workout shake.

    Yep.

Easy peasy. Chewing on nuts between meals can help greatly too.

Or lacing your food with oil. Always a good thing.
