What to eat after cardio?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Hi all, all along I've been doing only weight training, but I'm now thinking of concentrating more on cardio, basicly to reduce the size of my tummy. I understand that before and after a weight training session I should eat higher carb meals, and then for the rest of the time I eat higher protein meals. How about for cardio exercises? For a more effective cardio session, should I eat something before the session, and how about after the session? I appreciate any help offered.
