I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

What about not so lean protein shakes such as Mass Recover by ABB 35g protein, 60 carbs, 25g sugar? Isn't the whole point of a pwo meal, during both cutting and bulking phases, is to replentish glycogen stores and provide protein for rebuilding muscle? Am I wrong?

When dieting for my Competition, I cut out a PWO Insulin spike and, as LAM said, went with whey and oats.

Because while cutting you want to stay away from all sugar so you have less risk of spilling over and storing fat.
