...not really...not even close...so I need your help! I've learned so much off this board so I decieded to show you all my "leaning" out diet.
I'm 5' 10"ish 193lbs....in the winter I get up to 220...I've been cutting down for about four months now....here is the diet:
1. 30-40g whey with handfull mixed unsalted nuts
2. 6 eggs (one yolk) 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 medium banana
3. 1.5 cups cottage cheese mixed with the nuts from above and four celery sticks
4. PWO whey (40G) 1/2 cup plain oats
5. 30min later 6 eggs (one yolk) 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 1 big tomato
6. Can of tuna mixed with one can of green beans plus handfull o mixed nuts
I eat every 2.5 to 4 hours (flex with the days events)...I often interchange the order of meals but the above is pretty standard...in the morning I take a packet of mixed vitamins and minerals...plus creatine during one meal.....I try to keep the carbs down and the protien and fats rather high...as far a training goes I keep it heavy 4-10 rep range and do cardio at least 3 times a week usually right after the lifting.....any tips would be great!
