    Salad dressing Ideas

I eat a large salad in the evening either just before bed or a few hours before going to bed to keep fiber/slow acting natural niutrients at use while sleeping. Contrary to what others say, this works great for me (see my other post on my diet if interested and to make comments, thanks. http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...351#post754351) I am 20 yrd old, 148-151 lbs, and am about 5-8% Bf. I make great gains and the veins run all through my chest during workouts despite drinking 2-3 gallons H20/day. I have studied nutrition and know quite a bit about it as I train several people on diets and exercise at my gym when they ask. One question for ya'll I can't solve however is the dressing. I use newman's own olive oil/vinegar usually, but I would like to make the salad a little less dry as 1.5-2 tbs does not cut it. I would like to add some more dressing type substance, but without the extra fat (or as much of), cards, and espacially sodium. Any ideas? Any dressings or broths, other than water , that is low in those 3 nutrients?

    Thanks,

    Matt

Walden Farms sells FF Calorie free dressings. I just use vinegar in mine.
