    Arrow Bugs on my rice

Funny thing that I wrote brain not rice lol
Anyway, I stocked some brown rice and after a month when I looked at it some bugs were moving there. My rice was moving man. What is that?

LOL.. the rice with bugs is on the trash. I will freeze the new packages.
The bug was weird, it created some type of fiber on the rice. I wonder if I can train the bugs to come to my plate after the rice is done.

Could have been Indian Meal Moth caterpillars. They are harmless, tiny and like all caterpillars, they spin silk. They're attracted to grain products. I had a batch of bird seed that had them. Every time I opened the container, tiny moths flew out. It was annoying to me, but my birds didn't seem to mind.

I once found some IMMs embedded in a Power Bar. I wrote to the company telling them I'd prefer not to see the source of the protein in the bars, and got a whole case of fresh bars, with their profuse apologies.

Here in Florida it is paramount to an invitation to bugs to not keep pasta, rice grains etc. sealed up inside plastic containers - even with the original cellophane wrappers still intact. Suckers can smell the dust and powder from the food and bore into the thinly packaged stuff. The other trick is to just store everything like this in the fridge even before you open it.

I don“t tip and Prince says that I lack integrity.
There is bugs in my rice and you start wondering how I can be a functioning part of society. What is next? I forget to take my vitamins and someone says that I am from Mars because of that?

Jimmini Cricket, don't discriminate against the worms just because they are multi-sexual (they have the capacity to reproduce with themselves and mongoloidism is their only current hope for a genetic improvement). They deserve equal housing too and need to be protected. All they ever get to do is eat shit and die...
