Steel cut is what I prefer
Hi,
I searched the forum but could not find an answer to this question :
which oatmeal should i use?
Quacker - old fashioned or
Mc Cann's Cut oatmeal.
I am asking this question because the nutrient levels are the same in both and am confused what is the difference between both of them and which one to use?
Both of them are unsweetened and without any flavors.
thanx for the help.
Steel cut is what I prefer
I prefer the taste of steel cut but it takes so damn long to make so I usually just stick with rolled oats.
