Hi...I am a 150 pound female and about 5'7 and in decent shape from sports. I am looking to lose 10 lbs. I am currently running three days in a row for about 20 -30 minutes, then i take a day off, and then do two days in a row and so forth and so on, i also lift about every two days. I'm eating three meals a day, with complex and "bad" carbs, low fat, and mostly lean meats, with some vegetables. Do you think that this will provide me with the results im looking for?

are you male or female? if you are male then fucc losing weight partna, you need to put on about 100 lbs before you think of cutting. if you are a female then I will buy that you need to lose weight. Three meals a day will not cut it thou, you need to eat throughout the day, at least 5-6 meals throughout to keep your blood sugar levels constant and your metabolism in gear. Gradually lower your carb/cal count and eat lots protein.
