    really concerned with the last $40 i just spent

    on an isopure whey protein poweder bottle.

    It has
    total fat 0g
    sat fat 0
    carbs 0
    sodium 350mg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    potassium 750mg!!!
    protein 50g..

    Now im on a cutting diet as most of you know...I have 3 of these servings a day..Is that too much sodium??? i drink alot of water

    As long as you drink lots of water you are fine. We need sodium in our diets and the average BB should have 2-3G of sodium a day.
