Would it be impossible to be on a raw food diet and still lift, and get the results I want? Well, I wouldn't say 100% raw food, but I would guess 70/30%???
What would you do for protein?

Sort of like sushi..... Ceviche (from Chile)
White fish marinated in lime juice for 18-24 hrs. Does this affect the protein, posssibly?
Then you chuck in chopped salad greens, other salad stuff and some fresh coriander. Tastes very good.
The seconds you cook any source of protiens(except for a select few) you start to break down the protiens and ruin them. I would say yes the lime juice will not completly destroy the fish but b/c it is so acidic and is in there for so long it will break it down quite a bit.
Why not just cook the fish normaly or eat it raw?
Don't get me wrong Ceviche is awsome but the acid will destroy the fish proteins some.
