    problem carb cycling.

    on no carb day. like at meal 4. Ill eat 8oz of chicken and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. And Im hungry like 30 minutes later...being hungry slows the metablosim right?

    I don't think it does, not if you keep the next meals coming. Why just chicken and CC? Wheres your veggies?!? Those always helped me on no carb days.
