i think it is 50g isn't it?
just take the amount of protein you eat in a day and divide it by the number of meals you eat a day and that's how much protein you should have in one meal. Some people sue that same outline for their carbs and fat too, but I don't I like having Protein/Carb meals earlier in the day and after the day starts slowing down I have Protein/Fat meals.

But you have to consider what exactly is being asked as there is a difference between the amount of protein your body can DIGEST in one sitting and the amount of protein your body can UTILISE/ASSIMILATE in one sitting.
The amount of protein your body can digest is variable but it will far exceeds your need for protein sub-units at any given time. Anyway - Digestion will depend on things such as gut transit time (how fast the food you ate will pass through your gut - as the slower it passes through, the more time for digestion there is), the type of food you have ingested (Different proteins have different digestabilities, and digestability will also be altered by the fibre content of your meal, etc etc) as well as variables in you as an individual (the secretory/digestive capacity of your stomach and intestines). Basically no one can quantitate the amount you as an individual can digest.
The amount of protein your body can utlilse as protein sub-units for muscle growth and repair is also highly variable. It will vary according to your age, lean muscle mass, your bodies metabolic demand for amino acid units, your bodies demand for glucose as well as a plethora of other variables such as specific hormone levels (eg: your testosterone levels, growth hormone levels or the insulin:glucogon ratio in your body at that particular time).
Bascially, what Tom suggested is the best that you can do - just try to divide your daily protein requirements into equal protions for your meals and leave it at that.
