fat has 9 calories per gram

i know im suposed to eat something like 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% fat but if a gram of protien only has 4 calories and i eat 200 grams of protien a day then thats only 800 calories and that adds up to only 2000 a day and i know thats not enough can someone explain
fat has 9 calories per gram
pro = 4cals/gram
carb = 4casl/gram
fat = 9cals/gram
so if you are doing 200g pro (40%) cals = 800
200g carb (40%) = cals 800
44gfats (20%) = cals 400
total cals = 2000
Personally i work out 1g/lb pro + 20-25%fats and the rest carbs. I find this method works for me.
