You sound like you are stressing over it too much. To keep things simple, focus on eating below maintenance (hypocaloric) and getting adequate protein (1-1.5g/lb lean body mass minimum). Worry less about all the other little details.

Being at school just means you have to plan ahead.

Pack a couple of healthy meals and you will have pelnty to snack on during the day. Things like fruit, yoghurt tubs, cans of tuna, pre-cut vegetables, tubs of cottage cheese, little cans of legumes, cartons of skim milk or small tuperware containers with oats/rice/home-made meals are all easily transportable.

... what could i fix myself to eat in the morning?
A bowl of oats topped with fresh fruit and cottage cheese
A bowl of oats with scrambled eggs/egg-whites
A bowl of oats with a scoop of protein powder and a tbs ground flax.
Protein pancakes (made with oats, egg-whites, cottage cheese etc) topped with berries and a tbs of almond butter
A shake with oats, skim milk, fruit and some yoghurt

    The list is endless....

... it's like i dont no what is wrong with me ... it's like i cant eat rite to save my life ... not tryin to make excuses ... but i mean it's hard tryna eat right while in school ... over the summer it was a breeze for me!!! honestly i had no problem at all eating rite ... now it's sooooooo amazingly hard and i dont no why!! but someone please help me!! suggestions please i wanna try to eat at 6 ... 9 .... 12 .... 3 ... 6 that eatin schedule is perfect for me due to the time i wake up ... 1st class ends ... lunch ... home ... gettin off work ... but yea .. Try to work out what is causing you to slip up? Is it being back at school with friends? Having the temptation of the school lunches? Or is it that you were too restricted before and now you are 'breaking out' because your body has had enough?

Try to work out why you are wanting to loose weight and focus on this goal. But don't try to eat 'perfectly' all the time. 80% is good enough to reach your goals, you are not preparing for a competition and therefore you do not need to live like you are! Allow yourself to have a weekly cheat meal and if you can't eat exactly to your schedule then the world is not going to fall apart.

Just do the best you can do given your situation and make sure you are still able to enjoy your life!! At 15yrs of age the last thing you want to do is make your life revolve around your 'diet'. That is just setting you up for a life of disordered eating patterns.

As suggested, just focus on a few simple guidelines:
    1. Make healthy food choices - This usually means things that are not processed, or things that have the least possible ingredients on the packaging! Aim to get LOTS of fresh vegetables in your diet, always go for wholegrains, legumes or sweet potato instead of processed carbohydrates, try to eat a complete protein in each meal - that means lean meats/seafoods, eggs/egg-whites, tofu or fat-free dairy and be sure to include sufficient healthy fats (fatty fish, walnuts, flaxseeds, olive-oil and avocado)
    2. Make sure you are maintaining a calorie intake below maintainence
    3. GET ACTIVE
    4. Have fun! If you are not having fun then what is the point of it all??

What I do is I wake up at 5 have my breakfast (Pear, Oatmeal, protein Powder, Fiber 1, 2 glasses of low carb soy milk and my coffee )
The around 7-7:30 after I'm done lifting or cardio I eat 2 scoops of protein (made into a pudding! best thing ever) and a cup of brown rice on lifting days and on cardio days I have oatmeal and 1 scoop of protein powder. The again at 8:30 I have 1/4 of a piece atherjen's Peanut butter cheesecake (except with rolled oats as the crust) and thewn at 11:30am I have 2 ounces of skinless chicken breast, carb counting tortillas wrap, an apple and 1/2 a cup of brown rice. then at around 1:30-2:30 pm inbetween class I have 1/3 of a cup of almonds then at 3:30 after I get home I have my cheese, almond butter and crackers
Like Emma Said all going to school means is you HAVE to plan everythign out the night before, it's easy once you get into a routine.
