    Nutrition

Here is the nutrition from one UHT fresh milk.

    % Daily Value*
    Total Fat 10 g. 15%
    .........
    Protein 7 g. ???
    Total Carbohydrate 12 g. 4%
    .......
    .......

*Percent Daily Values are based on a 2000 Kcalorie diet.

My question is why there is no Daily Value for Protein only( based on 2000 Kcalorie diet).

Don't follow those % of recommended daily value (for vitamins and stuff yes) cause everyone goals are different. Just set out a X amount of calories and then get a good split going for your macros, which will all depend on your goals.
