A couple of diet questions
Why is it bad to eat fruit later on the day? Say you're still within your caloric intake, would eating fruit really stall the weight loss?
Why should we eat protein at every single meal? If my total protein intake for the day is good does it really matter if 2 out of 5 of my meals won't have protein in them? Thank you |
