If you are bulking then air popping your own popcorn wouldn't be a bad snack. If you are trying to cut then stay away from all of it.
As Robert said, microwave popcorn contains trans fat. That you definately want to stay away from ALL THE TIME!

Yuck, flax is nasty at any temperature.

flax oil shouldn't be heated. It has a low smoking point and you will burn off the beneficial properties.

well crap, i didnt know you cant heat flaxseed oil. Just googled it. I guess i have to ditch that idea.

OMG - Never heat any of your oils save for olive oil which should still never be heated beyond 325 degrees. They go rancid.

You can only heat Coconut oil since its already saturated
Flax oil should be in the fridge at all time![]()
Extra virgin olive oil is the shiznit ... but be careful of the smoke point. Cook at very low temp's to insure you are below the burn off point of the nutritional components as well.
Air pop the stuff! Cheap ... easy ... no mess ... and fun to watch for the kiddos.
