    aarrgghh!

    i am 15, weight in at 9 stone BUT i am so skinny as i am 6 foot tall, i have been liftinf for 3 weeks now, wot can i do to get more pounds ON, bare in mind i am a kid and i do goto school so nothing i carnt do ok peeps.

    Three weeks?

    Give yourself time bro,this is a game of persistance and patience.

    eat 6 times a day every three hours,good bodybuilding foods and be consistant.
