Walden farms has a line of calorie free dressings which might taste good mixed in the tuna. check out the salad section of your grocery store since they need refridgeration.

Sauce is the thing that you prepare your food with or is it the thing that you put after your food is ready?

Marinade is what you prepare your food with, Sauce is what you put on your food after it has been prepared.

I was use mustard, lemon juice, and pepper with my tuna and it is absolutely amazing.

For chicken, steak, and all those other good foods I use either mustard, a little ketchup, or hot sauce.
