to eat every 2.5-3 hrs and not earlier?
I know that that's how long digestion process takes, but what happends if you eat earlier?

You can eat earlier but if you ingest too much in a short period it is probably going to turn into fat and the food may end way before the end of the day. Eat something that gives you a better satiety. How much are you taking per day? I am pretty sure it is not over 1700, is it?

It helps keep blood sugar levels stable, aids in digestion and absorption, keeps the waist tighter, and keeps you in a positive nitrogen balance.

I was wondering the same thing, because in the morning I have to eat breakfast then do my workout and eat my post workout meal 1 and a half hours later, then a hour and a half later I have to eat my morning snack before school starts. How bad is this and will it affect me to much?
Breakfast is somewhere between 400-550 calories (depending on what I have)
and then my post workout and morning snacks are aroung 300 calories each if that matters.

Tom ,that`s not a bad scenario at all.

You should eat before training, have a shake after training, and have a meal an hour or so after that.

It`s very important what you eat at these times though for the food to become productive.
