OK im a college student with not alot of cash...have to eat in a cafetirea thats only open 3 times a day.......not alot of healthy choices besides breakfast.....what can i do thats cheap and heathly for those other meals....
this is what i ate today.....bad but really the only choice
6egg white/2whole eggs and patatos glass of skim milk 9am
Chicken Salad Noon
Whey shake post work out 4pm
2 chicken tacos with lettuce and a cup of cottage cheese 6pm
like i said nothing really to choose from someone help me with some cheap ideas

buy alot of tuna, salmon that sort of stuff canned. Invest in some protein powder. If you can, get a coffee pot, you can brew some hot water in it and stir it with oatmeal for a great source of carbs. You could keep some natural PB at your dorm, add it to your oats for an added bonus. Oats are really cheap and really good. I eat TONS of egg whites, but i'm not sure if you have a place to boil eggs and store them or not. Maybe that will help some![]()
