Best time to eat a spaghetti bolonese on a cut?

well i was ill last week with a sore throut and i decided to make a spaghetti bolonese as it is a lot more moist than the dry meats that i'm eating 24/7 and the carbs would have been useful to fight off this illness i had

i had a couple of portions over the weekend and i was feeling so bad that i didn't train, this morning was BF weighing morning and i've added 1% BF and dropped 2lbs so i'm pretty mad but i couldn't really help it i was ill so i needed to rest (i did no CV last week and only 2 days of weights!)

anyways i'm feeling better now and i really want to get strict with my training and diet (i'm pretty mad about mylast reading its kinda like a kick in the arse), but i have this spag bol in the fridge don't really wanna waste it as i'm a broke student and a food is money, so what time of the day is best to eat it?

if i do eat it should i just eat the bolonese and not the wholewheat pasta? should i add some salad? or chicken? maybe i could use the sauce as a sort of dressing?

plz advise me on what would be best, thanks!

It's just a type of tomato sauce. I believe it's made with olive oil, onions, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and any other spices you want to add. You can also add things like peppers and mushrooms.

    its italian food

its a tomato, garlic, mushroom, onion, herbs sauce with mince meat (a little bit like chill con carne but with onions and herbs instead of pepper and beans)

it comes served with long strings/tubes of pasta (or in my case wholewheat shells of pasta), probably a decent meal when bulking but not exactly the leanest choice on a cut so i was wondering what time of day would be best to eat it if any? like before a weights session? post workout? early on in the day? if not i'll just eat the bolonese sauce (mince, tomatos, onions etc..) over some lean meat post weights workout? thats what i'm thinking would be the best time just wondered what you guys would recommend?

But in case you care, I'd eat the spaghetti 3x per day. Maybe fry it up at night.

Just eat it whenever. Count it as a cheat day if you eat a lot of it. Don't worry be happy.
