It seems like a lot of people are asking types of questions that could all be answered at once...if someone with a lot of knowledge has the time, Im sure we would all appreciate some kind of overview of the types of foods to eat when.
This is what I mean:
Wake Up
Breakfast:High protein, low GI carbs
2nd Meal: Protein, vegetables
Pre Workout: Whey, low GI carbs, no fiber
Something like that would help explain the types of foods to eat when. If you wanted to you could add what time to take certain supps...(creatine, ECA)
Thanks a lot!
It doesn't matter what types of foods to eat when. Every meal should contain protein and some small amounts of fat. Placing the carbs depends on the individual. It's different for every person, when they train, what their goals are, what kind of diet they are on, etc. You cannot come up with a standard meal plan for everyone. It can't happen and it would never work.
That is why we have this sticky - Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance
It's a general place for people to start and get their own ideas.
