drop the protein bar,bread,waffle,and the taco and eat more eggs ,chicken,fish,lean beef,yams,oatmeal,rice,salads ,and veggies.
7:00am breakfast- 2 eggs, 1 oatmeal,1 whole egg, 8oz of whey protien.
10:00am- homemade protein bar, nouriche yourget, baby carrots.
12:30pm-chicken sandwich, 1 cup of letecus, 8oz of white milk.
3:00pm- 1 whole wheat waffle, 1 tuna pita sandwich.
7:00pm- 1 protien taco, 1 can of tuna, meybe 1 cup of brown rice.
i go to school so i had to mange out my eating. i weight 215 so i try to eat between 10-12 my bodyweight to lose weight.thats about 2,150-2,580 and this meal plan is between that. what you think?

In M1- do you mean 2 egg whites- how much oatmeal is 1- 1 cup??? What's your protein bar made out of? You need more veggies overall. What's a protein taco? Keep the brown rice, add veggies. Is your milk whole milk or skim?Originally Posted by em28
