    To Much Fat.....Y or N

I'm bulking and on roids. Going for as much weight as I can put on. Here's today's diet.
    Cal's 6139
    carbs 510
    protein 532
    fat 218
Fat total about 30% of the total calories. Is that to much FAT
Note this is a first for me as 5500 cal's and 120 gr of fat in the last 3 weeks has done nothing for me!
    HT: 6"1
    Current Weight 274 lbs

I think thats an acceptable amount of fats to run "on" cycle.

might be preferred to eat closer to 40/40/20 meaning 1000g carbs per day nearly but i dont think 30% is a problem

Since you are in the waining years of your bodies best performance, why push it. You have already hurt your back, elbows and what will be next ?

You are plenty strong already. Why not cut some weight so young guys could look at you and say "wow dude, you could sort your CD's on his six pack, or shred cheese on the cross striations on his quads".

By bulking up from 274 lbs you are going to bother your knees, run risk of more injury and make it so you could double for the Pillsbury dough boy.
Quitters never win, and winners never quit ! ! !

Who says big guys can't do pull ups ?
