    healthy pounds

Ive been cutting as many here know..using carb cycle. Ive been following twin peaks. im 200lbs so Ive been taking in 2300 calories a day .. this is 2dn month on the diet .i started at 2800 calories ..then desired more fat loss so i decreased to 2300 calories a day. And I noticed this week i lost 8lbs out of nowhere? i usually weigh myself in the afternoon when i go to the gym..im usually loaded with water i guess because ive been 200 lbs for the last 3 weeks..not lost one pound..?? and One concern is ive been trying to cut and havent lost a pound in 3 weeks lol. This past saturday i went on a binge at breakfast and had pancakes,eggs,muffins..then later on had pizza, cake, ice cream, and candy..didnt gain or lose one pound..could be i was walking all day in Universal studios ..but still maybe this will help me make room for more fat loss. Any ideas? maybe decrease the calories even more??? iM AIMING FOR 180 and its not working well

you need to weigh yourself once a week in the morning as soon as you wake up (after using the washroom and before eating breakfast) wearing the EXACT same clothes everytime, try that out

no prob anytime, and if your still not losing weight, try increasing your activity level befor edropping calories, or just drink 2 glasses of some green tea, that'll jump start your metabolism
