    wtf high cholesterol

    hey I'm 18 years old ,I weight 170 pounds, and I'm 6'. Today I had a blood test and my cholesteros was rather high, this is my diet maybe you guys can help me out with it I dont know why my cholesterol is high

    Meal 1: medium size bowl of cereal with low fat milk
    Meal 2: 1 apple and 2 low fat yogurts
    Meal 3: 2 chicken breasts or 2 meat steaks with rice and a medium potato
    Meal 4: Oatmeal with protein shake (post workout)
    Meal 5: what ever its for dinner at my house

    Well, do you have a family history of high cholesterol? It's not just diet that contributes to heart disease and high cholesterol. There are many other variables.

    well yeah my family has cholesterol issues, so the diet is not the problem?

    genetics is 80% when it comes to your cholesterol levels...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
