    low carb snacks

    I take in must if my carbs when I am snacking -- usually I have bread/oats/biscuits --- can I have some good low carb (filling)snacks suggestions PLEASE

    I use nuts and cheese for snacks...protein and fats are more filling and you generally won't alter serum glucose levels inbetween meals using them as snacks...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Make sure you are getting enough food in your 5-6 meals a day so you don't snack. You should be eating every 3 hours which doesn't leave much time for snacking.
