    how much protein is needed??

    i've bought whey protein a few days ago and i wanna ask hw much protein should i consume per day in order to bulk?? im currently 5'10 and 145lb. do i consume 1gram of protein for every pound i weigh or i should consume more???

    Start with 1g/lb. Add 25% of total cals fats and rest carbs.

    But first read the sticky 'guide to....', then post your diet with total cals and macros for a critique before you get started.

    if you want to bulk up...eat at least 1.5 grams per pound..and to keep constant levels of nitrogen balance take some protien at least every 2 to 2.5 hours.
