    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    joey, you want my advice? try something and stick with it for more than 3 hours. you change so many things daily and you will never know what works for you and what doesnt. not everything has to be perfect right out of the gates. you work up to perfection.
