if you are using a WPC it could be from the lactose so switching to a WPI could be the solution...
Anybody else find they get bloated from protien powder? If so, do you know what the cause is?

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Presently i use an egg and WPC blend. Minimal or no bloating.
