    is this a good bulking diet?

    i am 5''10 135 pounds age 15

    meal one: 3 pieces of whole wheat jelly toast 2 whole large eggs and 20 oz of milk (50 grams of protein) or if im late for school ill have a bowl of oatmeal with peaches in it and 20oz of milk and maybe some peanuts. (30 grams of protien)

    meal two: 4 oz of chicken on whole wheat bread grapes a peanut bar thing and 12 oz of orange juice.(40 grams of protien)

    meal three: 8oz chicken and enriched white rice or 8oz beef and rice and peanuts. 12oz of orange juice pwo(55 grams of protien)

    i drink about half a gallon of water at the gym and go everyother day

    meal four: 12 oz of orange juice some type of beef or noodles usually i make sure i get at least 50 grams of protien at this meal and probly 80 carbs and 10-15 grams of fat

    meal five: bowl of total and 8oz of chicken 16oz of gatorade (58 grams of protien) i take a multivitamin and fish oil and antioxidents at this meal.

    Don't be afraid to throw some fruit and green veggies in there. You can use the carbs if you are bulking.
