    Sex-Male
    Age-32
    Height - 6'3"
    Weight - 240
    BF% - 8%

5:30am: Two scoops muscle milk one scoop whey protein in water. Calories=170 Carbs=12g Protein=65g 2 Multi vitamin 2 fish oil caps

    8:00am: 4 hard boiled eggs

10:00am: 1 cup of whole oat oatmeal with half and half sweetened with splenda.

1pm: Tuna sandwich on whole grain bread or some kind of meat (chicken or steak) with veggies.

    2:30pm: workout

4:30pm: Shake after workout same as 5:30am shake

6pm: Dinner = chicken or steak or meatloaf with veggies

    9pm: Sleep

I have been doing this for about six months now and have gone from 14% BF to 8% and have dropped about 20-25 pounds. I have noticed that recently I am starting to lose a tad bit of strength. Any advise would be appreciated.
Do not demand what you cannot take by force.

Cut that down to 2 whole eggs and then add a bunch of egg whites. You should move the oatmeal to this meal as well and don't forget EFA's

10:00am: 1 cup of whole oat oatmeal with half and half sweetened with splenda.

Not good. Where's the protein and EFA's?

1pm: Tuna sandwich on whole grain bread or some kind of meat (chicken or steak) with veggies.

    Good, EFA's?

    2:30pm: workout

4:30pm: Shake after workout same as 5:30am shake

You need to add some carbs here like Oats

6pm: Dinner = chicken or steak or meatloaf with veggies

    Good

    9pm: Sleep

You need 1 more meal and it should be right before bed. You should never go to bed without some sort of protein and fat in you. I'd suggest 1% Cottage Cheese and some natural PB or Fish oil

    See my comments in bold.
Your diet lacks EFA's and you need more protein. Not bad otherwise
