    Rda?

Where I can find info indicating the recommended daily allowence for vitamins and minerals? I've heard, numerous times, that the FDA's guideline are crap. So where can I find a definitive guide?

BTW, at this moment, it's vitamin E that I trying to find the dose for.

    Thanks!

As Beta Carotene is a form of Vit A, and toxic levels of Vit A are said to set in about 15000 IU (i think) with extended useage. Should both vit A and beta be counted as one to determine total intake or only vit A?

Presently my multivit pill contains about 3500 IU vit A and 5000 IU Beta. In addition i take 1 cod liver oil cap containing about 3500IU Vit A. I was thinking of increasing the doseage, but was concerned of vit A toxicity.

    Thanks for the info Robert!

I've made it a point in my life to try to payback those who help. I realize there's no way I can help the experienced members, at least not without sounding like Rainman. "Yeah, definitely a hammer curl, definitely a hammer curl..."

What I do know is computers. So, if any of you have a computer problems, just let me know and I'll try to help. BTW, it's what I do for a living.
