    Carb Rotation Critique Please

    Hi,
I'm interested in trying the twin peaks carb cycle.

    Would this work..

Sunday - No Carb - Cardio or Rest
    Monday - High Carb - Chest/Triceps/Shoulders
    Tuesday - Low Carb -HIIT
    Wednesday - Low Carb - Back/Biceps/Forearms/Abs
Thursday - No carb - Cardio or Rest
Friday - High Carb - Legs
Saturday - Low Carb - Rest

Only 2 days of cardio, If I do it Thursday, I won't do it Sunday. Would this work? Any suggestions are appreciated!! Also, Splenda or Stevia?? Are these ok at all??

I can change up the low, high, and no days, but the weight exercises need to stay on the same days, mon, wed, and friday. Thanks!

Nevermind, i found a site that answered the question.. just incase anyone else needed the answer, it would be best to do
    Mon -High
    Tues-No
    Wed-Low
    Thur-No
    Fri-H
    Sat-No
    Sun-Low

You could switch Sat and Sun.
