    Question Review my diet plan

    Hey guys,

ok here is what i eat on a daily basis...iam on a bulking phase...

wake-up: one scoop of whey protein w/ water and one scoop of creatine (muscle tech... i know i know...no flames)

45 min. to one hour later: Mega breakfast shake- 2 whole eggs, one serving of Instant Quaker Oats(again i know..sugar), one bannana, one scoop of GNC Pro Protein (yes GNC), oh yea with 10 oz. of whole milk.

2 hours later: one scoop of Pro Protein

Lunch: sorry guys, i eat the mircrowavble dinners or fast food. Dinners have 30-40 grams of protein.

2 hours later: one scoop of Pro Protein and one peanut butter and jelly sandwich with wheat bread.

Dinner: usually chicken or beef, some vegetables, which vary.

2 hours later: one cup of cottage cheese and one serving of The Quaker Oats.

Ok reason for use of Pro Protein is work, I dont have any time to sit and eat a piece of chicken or beef. I can only mix and shake water with protein powder as i work in maintenance. (always on my feet). Oh the hardest thing i havent put in my diet is my vegetables.

OK guys and gals...review and modify and comment as you like. Thanks for all the input. Flames allowed

You know you can add the regular oats we talk about here
2 hours later: one scoop of Pro Protein

Lunch: sorry guys, i eat the mircrowavble dinners or fast food. Dinners have 30-40 grams of protein.
If you want a clean bulk, try to grill chicken breast and boil or grill some yams, sweet potatoes or Brown Rice

2 hours later: one scoop of Pro Protein and one peanut butter and jelly sandwich with wheat bread.
How about Multi Grain or Sprouted Bread?
What kind jelly? Lets hope its Sugar Free

Dinner: usually chicken or beef, some vegetables, which vary.

2 hours later: one cup of cottage cheese and one serving of The Quaker Oats.
You can start adding some Fish to your diet.. maybe for dinner
    Best choice Salmon

thanks for the reply, now the regular oats is fine, just got to get my lazy butt to make them the day before i guess.

what about the yams in the can? What could I do with those? Dont have to much experience baking sweet potatoes.

uh jelly, well its the smuckers type. Ill look into the multi grain bread.

I don't make my oats the day before.. I microwave them for 1 minute, add cinnamon and they ready to eat!

You can bake the yams or sweet poatoes like you baking regular potatoes
you can mash them or cut them in cubes and mix them with your chicken salad..
or you can bake them with veggies

smuckers?? Sugar free or the regular type? make sure you using Sugar Free

I know you said no flames however I thought I should wrn you about the Creatine. In saying Muscletech I presume it's Cell-Tech you are talking about which is meant to be mixed in water. Cell-Tech itself is LOADED with suger (Dextrose) which the company claim gives a better delivery system which is bull**** all this will do is raise INSULIN LEVELS AT THE WRONG TIMES (the only time this is needed is PWO) and cuase you to store a ton of fat. Also Creatine is unstable in water it will start degrading into a byproduct soon after you mix it (5 minutes) which is useless. Also Cell-Tech and all Muscletech products are well over priced. You would be a lot more optimal getting a tub of Creatine Monohdrayte and spooning 5 grams (approximetly 1 teaspoon) every morning with a plenty of water and PWO time.

here let me add a snippet from the source of the info iam getting:

    Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA):
This substance also promotes the secretion of prostacyclin. GLA makes blood corpuscles more flexible, aids in regeneration of capillaries, and helps to nourish nerves. Combining GLA with vitamin C helps to increase its efficiency. Borage and olive oils are the better source of GLA.

GLA has also been documented to effectively activate brown adipose tissue (brown fat). Brown fat has the primary function of initiating a prostaglandin driven pathway to burn white storage fat. Every single cell in our bodies must constantly maintain certain ratios of sodium and potassium in order to remain alive and healthy. This balance or homeostasis is regulated by a cellular process called the Sodium (Na)-Potassium (K) Pump.

there you go....not sure it will help much. but hey it gets the fat out.
