hardboiled eggs maybe ?
i just started a cutting plan for myself yesterday. im doing the plan where 33% of my calories come from fat, 33% protein, and 33% carbs. im eating about 600 calories per meal at 5 meals. this is down from roughly 3500 calories per day in 3-4 meals. heres my problem:
i often wake up early in the morning (cuz my girlfriend wakes me up :/) or in the middle of the night, with my stomach grumbling. its hard to go to bed when im so hungry, or at least until my stomach digests itself.
what should i do? i shouldnt eat a whole meal right? if i do have a snack, what kind of stuff should i have? (as little cooking as possible, obviously)
i used to eat like 2 string cheeses (7 grams of protein, 6 grams of fat) then pass out like a little baby. but im trying to avoid them because theyre so fatty. maybe theyre not so bad as a snack? i tried a glass of milk but its just not enough. so i guess my question is, should i stick with teh string cheese, or maybe just eat one string cheese and a small piece of fruit, or do something else completely? maybe not eat at all? how about a string cheese and a glass of milk?
btw: i dont drink whey or eat protein bars so thats not really an option.
thanks for yer helps's.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
now thats an idea. i guess im gonna try to limit my meals to 550 instead of 600, which will be around 2750 cals per day. then if i need a snack, i can eat like 250-350 cals and have some breathing room.
