    something's not right

    ive been cutting.. been eating all clean .6 meals a day..workout 4 days a week..cardio 3 days a week..Im 200lbs been taking in 2300 cals a day .. ANd in the past 3 weeks..ive lost 1 lb. Is this normal? I have seen some gains here and there in muscle..which i should not be expecting on a cut am I right? Im carb cycling.. ive been getting much stronger in the gym. Is it healthy to lose fat nd gain muscle weight at time? is it possible i should ask

    depends on how much bf you're at, but one can safely lose about 1 pound per week.

    are you still weighing yourself whenever? or are you weighin gyourself once a week, before breakfast, and after you go to the :toliet: , it's very important to weigh yourself like that and not just whenever you feel like it during the day.
