is what im doing wrong today?
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Today is sunday..an off day.. Tommorow i start to decrease cals to increase fat loss becuse ive stuck with a certain amount of cals for 1 month already and not much results...Today Im binging with ALL good carbs..(HIgh carb day) .. this morning
meal 1:2 cups of oatmeal 1 1/2 scoop whey protein meal 2 : pecans/ 2 whole eggs/4 egg whites meal 3: 3 cups brown rice / sweet potato/8oz chicken breast meal 4 : sweetpotato - 1 cup brown rice - can of tuna meal 5 : havent decided If I counted calories i would guess about 30-4000 calories...tomo i start 2200 calories a day for cutting..i weight 200. Is what im doing today wrong and will hinder me greatly? or this is a refeed and is recommended? |
