OK i need some major help on my diet. Ive been ignoring it for a long time..im 17 about 5"7 and 165 pounds. I dont really have time to be picky, but i would like to start paying attention to my diet. I go to school, play hockey, and work almost full time, add a social life, working out, and homework to that....im pretty busy. So i basicly just eat when i can like pizza pops, or fast food, or w.e kind of food is made when i get home like lisagna and anyhing. I tend to eat big portions, bcs i dont eat breakfast and not even lunch. I do drink a lot of milk though, i drink it by the jars, yes the jar fulls. I dont know where to start or anything like that.....I wanna lower my body fat though but not lose any size, im pretty big, but not a lot of muscle definition at all. But im afraid to go and lose wieght bcs i dont wanna lose size....but i need help on my diet.....thnx any help is appreciated....also should i be taking a multi-vitamin at my age....i use to take an adult one, but i stoopd, i dunow why
