1 large egg = 7 grams of protein and 7 grams of fat
This maybe stupid or it might have been covered before, but I tryed searching the boards and did not find my answer. Anyways I was wondering if anyone knows how much grams of protien are inside 1 egg. Thanks in advance..![]()

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
It depends on the egg... Some large eggs like the ones I buy at costco are 6 grams. Also keep in mind that the yoke holds about half of that. Remove yoke and your dealing with about 3 grams for each egg.
I found what I believe is a health balance is to eat 2 whole hard boil eggs (with yoke), and 4 without yoke (just whites). This gives ya many nutrients that you need in the yoke without getting to much fat. So with this combination you are getting about
24 grams and then I will drink like 2 cups of milk with it (10 grams a cup). Total 44 grams![]()
