You can have the fish oil cap in every meal except for your PWO no need to add fat
Consume most of the fish oil in the last meal of the day

100% whole wheat is what you need.

its not a bad choice but its not the best choice. all the little things you change add up to big improvements.

breads made from sprouted grains are better than those made with 100% whole wheat....
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I would also add in some fat to your last meal of the day. Also, where are your veggies?

Need Fat (fish oil would be good here)
or you can add some olive oil, Flax oil, Nuts to the salad
meal6: 2 scoops of protein powder before sleep
We all need fat in the last meal since its only protein
You can mix some FF Cottage Cheese and use only 1 scoop of protein

No it is not good. There is not even 1700 calories in there. If you follow this plan, you will lose muscle too fast and you gonna die and rats will eat your entire body.
Halloween answer sorry, I am morbid this week.

Who said anything about a coffin? You gonna be left in the streets right behind a 7 eleven.
