    Breakfast

How does this sound for breakfast:

1 and ½ cup oatmeal. ½ cup of skim milk. 1 ¼ cup water. 2 scoops Whey. Cut up banana. All mixed together.

    Total Cal: 450 + 43 + 0 + 180 + 108 = 781 (add another ¼ cup milk, cals = 800)

I havent been able to figure out the other 5 meals yet though...

That seems like a lot of oats to put in a shake. I like oat bran. I've been putting it in all my shakes, and having great success on my bulk.
