    Right amounts?

I was wondering if the amounts provided below would be right for growth.

    A bit of info first:
    • I weight 205 pounds
    • I stand 5'10" (large build)
    • I workout six days a week for about 45min - 1 hours (this may change soon)
    • I do no cardio
    • I have a sedentary job (I'm a programmer)
    • I've been bodybuilding for about three months
    • I don't know what my body fat percentage is but I'd guess around 20%

    Now the amounts:

3209 calories per day divided as follows:
    Protein (24%): 727 calories (182g)
    Carbs (43%): 1302 calories (326g)
    Fats: (33%): 1000 calories (143g)

Again, my goal is growth. Is the above too much? Just right? Inquiring minds want to know.

    Thanks for any info!

I don't know how much accurate it is, but I used the body fat caluculator provided by Robert at the top of this forum and got the following results:

Estimate #1 based on height and weight
Your "Ponderal Index" is 11.87 which gives an estimated body fat of 36.3% (74.5 pounds of fat)

Estimate #2 based on waist size and weight
Estimated body fat of 10.6% (21.7 pounds of fat)

Don't bother depending on online body fat calculators. The margin of error is far too great. I would guess that no, that is not enough. However, I suggest you stick with that number of calories. If you lose weight or maintain the same weight after a couple of weeks, then increase your caloric intake by 5-10% every two weeks or so until you see the desired weight gain. You have to learn your body before you can alter it's composition correctly.
