So, my cutting diet.
6:30-Two Eggs
9:30-Half Cup Rice
12:30-Chicken, Brocolli
3:45-Chicken Breast, Half Cup Rice
6:30-Chicken or Fish
10:30-Cheddar Cheese
Plus fish oil crap.
