I'm assuming you're bulking, so I don't worry about it, unless you're on a very strict bulk.(which takes the fun outta bulking)
It also your first meal of the day, so I think you're good.
I am thinkin of having oats in the mornin with half fat milk yoghurt and honey, would it be ok to have a weight gainer as well ( Pro Gain has 21g protein 45g carbs if memory serves) or will that be too many carbs?

Yeah it should be fine. Breakfast is one of the only times that storing fat is unlikely your body can proccess so much at this time as its been catabollic all night.
