    How Bout That toned stomach

Whats up ladies and gentelmen, im john , new to ironmagazinefourm

im 18 , weigh in at 185-190 pounds, been working out for a good 4 years now, mainly gaining mass and keepin in shape, i dont know my exact bodyfat percentage, but my meathead friend from college estimated about 12 percent body fat

ive read tons and tons of articles about getting a toned 6 pack and how its done in the "kitchen" and not in the gym.. i need someone who actually has a diet plan to answer me a question or two.

before i go on i dont have a beer belly, i do cardio about 4 times a week ritually,

at least 2-4 days a week of ice hockey
and 2 days a week of spin (cycling) class

day to day im on campus eating on the go, does anyone have a few healthy foods rather than eggwhites, grilled chicken, tuna fish, and protien shakes that everyone swears to eat ritually,( i find eating tuna and eggs ritually to be pretty gross) and all this low carb stuff that ive tried for a month or two just keeps you physically drained and not even want to lift at the gym

basically i need to know if there is anyone who eats a good variety of foods, and wants to share their breakfast's lunch's and dinners. Maybe throw in some ab exercizes and oblique exercizes...

dont get me wrong now i eat like shit , but im looking to change my ways..right now im eating bacon and eggs on a roll , pizza and burgers every other day , but what foods should i switch to to get the "Kitchen six pack"

thanks for anything , im open to hear anything ,

    - good things
