I lift weights at around 6pm at night...is it still ok to have oats and why as post workout??? i have my post workout meal and then dinner which would be like 4 egg whites 1 whole egg / 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 fish oil caps....Or should I workout earlier in the day say around 4 oclock?
