Ok these are the items I have to work with, Im 24, 215lbs, 5'9, I do HIITcardio twice a week(two weeks now) and lift 3-4 days a week(mostly after 5pm). I am dumb as far as when and what to eat ,but I am willing to do whatever it takes to cut some(most) of my godforsaken fat. Any suggestions on this would be great, Im in college so I'm the run alot,and dont eat so great, but I'm willing to do adapt to lower the BF as fast as possible without doing harm to myself or weightlifting routine. I suck when it comes to dieting right, ive never been on a steady one whatsoever. I wanna see the muscle Ive worked so hard for....so please help my dumb ass.![]()
Venison Chili (small amount of olive oil,garlic,kidney,black beans, onion,tomato,chili powder, lean venison)
PB&J on Whole Wheat
Amplify Protein Shake (with water, no milk)
tuna salad (12oz can, 2tbs dijon, 1tbs mayo, pickles)
Grilled Chicken (dry spices)
Brown Rice
Oatmeal
Salad Mix
Steamed Veggies (broccoli, shrooms, onion, celery)
Whole wheat pasta
egg
Sliced Turkey
Tomato
Fruits (apples, grapes, pears)
Misc. Fresh Fish
Any other cheap, easy suggestions welcome...![]()
